HiPaint latest version just turned to subscription based and no longer
cater that one-time purchase so you can use it lifetime, except for the
"ad-free" option as claimed from some members.
Luckily, during HiPaint early release date I managed to purchase almost all
the paid service needed from "removing ads", "tiling tool", "exporting to
mp4", "text features", and "more selection/liquify features".
Now as time goes by, HiPaint also manage to update its versions from 4.0 if
not mistaken to higher versions till I manage to update to "version 6.0.7" from one of my android devices.
Prior to this version they introduced a new UI in "version 5.0" before coming
up with the new theme style which requires "one time purchase" just like from
the rest of the paid features mentioned earlier.
Upon hearing the news, I visited back my device with the old version and found
out that I could still purchase the "free themes feature". Note
that the watermark removal feature is not yet present in this version, so I
lost track if it was included under the product feature from succeeding
updates.
So, I made a gamble and proceeded with the purchase and was successful, the
free theme editing works with my HiPaint older version.
Honestly, I was in doubt if it will be reflected with the other device I had
since it was on a higher version of 6.2.8 that requires subscription to get
the free themes feature.
By the time I tested with my other device with a higher version, at first, it
requires me to pay for the subscription, so I tried to clear cache, clear the
data, uninstall and install the app but to no avail.
I gave up and no longer put some hopes that it would work with the new
versions, but to my surprise when I checked again for maybe more than an hour
the free theme feature is now working and I could edit the theme without
worries of having a limited time now that it is under the subscription feature.
So, I will just share the lower version of 6.0.7 to those who will be willing
to give a shot so you can purchase the tools and have it used lifetime instead
of subscribing.
If you want to try older version below 6.2.0 perhaps the "watermark removal"
maybe part of the product feature since the one I have only had until the free
themes, I leave it up to you where you will search for older versions at least
higher from version 6.0.7
Though, I can't guarantee if this works for you but since I almost purchased
all of the tools before and only left with the free themes, I was lucky enough
to proceed with the purchase since it was present under the product feature
and was clickable.
So, I wish you luck if you will manage to purchase the product features
instead of going through subscription.
